Sandra Nešić, PhD is the Lead Business Designer and Innovation Manager at ICT Hub, where she actively contributes to the development of all activities that serve to empower innovation in a corporate environment. She fell in love with open and collaborative way of innovating and is fortunate enough to practice what she preaches on innovation and entrepreneurship. Sandra is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Media and Communications and has published a number of articles in academic journals on management, innovation management and entrepreneurship.
ĐURĐA ARSIĆ

Đurđa is an experienced Scrum Master and Agile Coach who has facilitated the agile transformation of different sectors in large international companies. As an expert in agile training and as someone who has mentored and coached many teams, as well as individuals, she is currently developing a Scrum Master and Product Owner onboarding program for companies who wish to become more agile. Levi9, OTP Bank, Vip mobile and Roche are just some of the companies she supported in their agilization.

Design Thinker & Business Designer @ICT Hub
Through her work as part of the ICT Hub team, Đurđa contributes to the development and strengthening of innovation capacities, practices and culture in a business organization. She is coordinating and implementing different educational formats and activities relevant for the field of innovation and digital transformation. Đurđa is a design thinker and believes that people are at the core of innovation. She is an experienced project manager and has worked on various projects related to strategic planning, organizational development, fundraising, advocacy and visibility.
MILICA STANKIĆ
Scrum Master @Growit
Milica has started developing her expertise in the field of project and event management, where she got a chance to work on organizing and coordinating different teams. As a Scrum Master, she helped the business development of companies like ThinkBig, Roche and OTP Insurance.
JOVANA DALJEVIĆ
Scrum Master @Growit
Jovana has recently took on the role of Scrum Master and is currently building on her theoretical expertise by working with the clients. Since 2016, as part of many project teams in Serbia and abroad, she has honed her skills of leading and working in multidisciplinary teams, realising that her interest lies in facilitating change in the business environment. So far, she has done that by implementing Design Thinking methodology, and after entering the world of agile as part of the Growit team, her focus moved to finding the ideal juncture of agile way of work and a human-centered approach to solving business challenges.
ALEKSANDRA MILOJKOVIĆ
Project Manager @ICT Hub
Aleksandra has been successfully managing one of the largest co-working spaces in Serbia and has organized hundreds of events, before taking on the role of IBA Academy's project manager. Communicative by nature, she considers one of her biggest advantages recognizing the pain points in customer needs and going about solving them. She stands out for her ability to prioritize, effectively delegate, track the progress and support her team in its dedication to efficiently surmount all the potential obstacles in the project delivery.
