How is this training structured?
This training is divided into four half-day workshops that offer a deep dive into relevant topics and discussions on the importance of identifying customer needs, mapping their journeys and putting to practice innovation methodologies like Design Thinking and Agile.
What resources are available to participants in this training?
All the participants will receive reading materials relevant for understanding business agility, i.e. course materials, presentations, tools and exercis es used by the lecturers during the sessions, and also a glossary of relevant terms and concepts.
What do I get from this training?
The training will enable you to deepen their understanding of customer-centricity and drivers behind agile way of work and excellent customer experience. By introducing you to new innovation methodologies and equipping you with different tools and frameworks, the program will help you create action plans and better engage in future-proofing the company.
Do you provide certificates?
Digital certificates will be provided for every participant that successfully completes the training.
Where is this training held?
All the lectures will be delivered online, by using Zoom conference platform and a variety of other tools for visual collaboration (like Miro and Mentimeter).
